Absence of proof is not proof of absence.

WHY DO WE DO THIS ?

We all have two things in common.  First, we have all had some experience in our past that normal science just didn't explain or didn't explain to our satisfaction.  The second thing is our mutual curiosity that led us to search for answers to our questions and to seek out others with similar experiences and questions.

It wasn't that long ago that paranormal investigation teams were quite rare and the internet didn't exist, meaning we didn't have such resources available to turn to.  We spent years of searching for information about the paranormal, both alone and as a group. Then, after eventually finding affordable equipment that could be used in this field, we decided to help ourselves by helping others that were experiencing these same things.  It is our hope that through our combined experiences we can find consistencies that will eventually lead to answers.

"Make one noise for yes and two noises for no.  Is there anyone here with us right now?"  Steve Gonzalves of TAPS

To a group looking for demons, all activity is proof of a demonic presence.
To a group looking for ghosts, all activity is proof of a ghostly presence.
An investigator, on the other hand, will collect data and hope for trends.

You say, "Severely haunted beyond all comprehension..." like it's a bad thing.
