So, you are experiencing things in your home or business and don't know if it's paranormal related or just that horror movie you watched last night sparking your imagination?  Would you like some answers but you don't want people to think you're crazy?  The good news is you are not alone and you aren't crazy.  We have been in your position and now use our experience and knowledge of the paranormal to help others.  We expect that you have a lot of questions and we will do our best to answer them, but most of those questions can only be answered after a complete investigation has been conducted and all of the data analyzed.

Most people have never had a paranormal investigation of their home or business and don’t know what to expect.  Below is a run down of what to expect from a typical paranormal investigation.

What to expect when you call us.

  • The whole process begins with you.  You pick up the phone or send us an Email explaining your situation and experiences.

  • You will be asked some questions to evaluate your situation and we will answer your questions about us.  If an investigation is warranted we will set up a date for a walk through of the location.

  • On the walk through expect 4 investigators to show up. Two of them will walk through the location taking pictures and mapping the area while getting base line readings. The other two will interview you and any other witnesses to the activity.

  • At the end of the walk through we will set up a date and time for the formal investigation.

  • The day before your scheduled investigation we will call as a reminder and to confirm the appointment.

  • When we arrive we will introduce you to our team of investigators and explain where we will set up our cameras and other equipment.

  • Our investigators will break into smaller teams and begin the process of collecting data which typically takes 3 to 4 hours.  The size of the location can effect the length of the investigation.

  • After we have concluded our work for the evening we will take down our equipment and answer any last questions you have.  Please understand though that we will not be able to give any specific details about your case until we have had a chance to evaluate the data we collected.

  • This analysis will take place over the next few days, after which we will contact you to set up another meeting to go over our findings.  Copies of the results will be made available to you at this time.

  • In some cases we might ask to schedule a repeat investigation if the evidence or personal experiences call for it.

What you should do until the investigation.

  • Take notes and mark the time and location of any activity. Try to take note of the weather at the time of the event. Also note what you were doing and your mood at the time as every detail counts.
  • If you have a tape recorder or a digital voice recorder use it for note taking who knows you may even catch an e.v.p.!
  • If you have a camera or video camera try documenting things with it.
  • And most importantly try to remain calm,  if you need us you can call us.
